We offer custom changes like color of your choice and minor silhouette or embroidery adjustments (e.g., adding or removing sleeves, capelets, trains, adjusting necklines, addition/reduction of embroidery, etc.).
Measurements:
Upon selecting 'Made To Order', our team will discuss your customizations and share a measurement guide & chart for custom sizing.
Timing:
Orders are delivered approximately 10-15 days from order confirmation, depending on the silhouette and style.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Email us at infojasashi.in@gmail.com to request cancellation. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days, though custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Custom Duty Charges:
Duty charges are the responsibility of the client. For details, please contact your local customs authority.

We offer COD for domestic orders. For international orders, payments must be made in advance.

Issues with Received Garments
Quality Check:
Each garment undergoes a quality check before dispatch. We are not responsible for damage during transportation. For minor repairs, you can send the garment back to our studio in Delhi, bearing the courier and customs costs.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We do not offer returns. However, we provide exchanges based on size issues or if any product is damaged within 24 hours of receiving the order. Ensure your size requirements are accurate before placing an order.
Alterations
Post-Delivery Alterations:
We include a 4" margin/allowance in our outfits. Clients are encouraged to get alterations done locally. For any alterations done at our studio, shipping and customs charges are borne by the customer.
