Your use of www.jasashi.in constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. Additionally, when you use any current or future www.jasashi.in service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with www.jasashi.in, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing or visiting our site.
PLACING AN ORDER
All orders are bespoke and handcrafted meticulously for you. Please allow 8-12 weeks for the delivery of the item.
SIZING
We accept orders in all sizes visible on each product. We also accept custom orders from custom measurements. Contact us via email at infojasashi.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8850024048 with your custom sizing inquiry, and we will respond within 24-72 hours.
For plus sizes, above XL (bust size 41 inches and above), we charge an additional 10% to 20% on the retail product price depending on the size customization.
CUSTOMIZATION
Color customization and minor silhouette customizations (such as adding or removing sleeves, capelets, trains, adjusting necklines, etc.) can be accommodated with your custom measurements. SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
Shipping within India is free.
For international shipments, charges are applicable above INR 5000, depending on the location, weight, and volume of the shipment.
Products will be delivered within 8-12 weeks from the time of purchase (depending on the style and amount of embroidery on the garment).
DELIVERY-TAXES & DUTIES
For Customers in India:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers:
Most countries are shipped on a (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the buyer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your country. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. For more details on costs and procedures, please contact your local customs authority.
Jasashi will not be responsible for any delays in shipments reaching you due to customs delays, clearance delays, or any other formalities and unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
BILLING
The price of our merchandise includes the GST (Goods & Service Tax) applicable. Shipping within India is free. Shipping outside of India is approximately INR 5000. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS
Since all orders are made to order and handcrafted individually for you, we do not accept any exchanges or returns. It is recommended to check your size requirements before placing an order. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the textures and colors of our products that appear on www.jasashi.com. However, as embroidery textures and colors can be subjective to the viewer and may vary during our editing process, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that textures and colors you see on the website and your monitor will be 100% accurate.
HANDMADE NATURE
Delicate and fragile fabrics, embellishments, and crystal beads are used in the creation of Jasashi garments, which are individually handcrafted. Each Jasashi garment is unique, and it is normal for there to be slight imperfections and variations in finish, color, and fabrication. Embellishments and fabric may change in color with time and wear, adding to the charm and individuality of Jasashi garments. Minor inconsistencies in the fabric do not indicate flaws. Rather, they attest to the unique craftsmanship involved in creating each garment. Jasashi is not liable for minor faults and flaws that are considered normal in individually handcrafted products.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. We will not refund the amount; however, a customer can redeem the amount transferred for another outfit. The request will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. The customer can email us at infojasashi.in@gmail.com for the same.
Once a cancellation has been accepted, the customer will receive a refund in their debit card/credit card/account used at the time of checkout or via net banking within 7 business days. Please note that in cases of all cancellations, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use the site or send emails or other data, information, or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as required. We will communicate with you by email or by an electronic record on our site, which will be deemed adequate service of notice/electronic record.
