REFUND POLICY
Since all orders are handcrafted individually for you, we do not accept any exchanges or returns. It is recommended to verify your size requirements before placing an order. However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can assist in rectifying the situation. Courier charges will apply for the return shipping.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In case of order cancellation requests, these will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. The customer should email us at info@jasashi.in for such requests. We reserve the right to accept or reject order cancellations for any reason. While we do not offer refunds, the customer can redeem the amount for another outfit. For this process, please email us at info@jasashi.in.
Once a cancellation is accepted, the customer will receive a refund to their debit card, credit card, or the account used at the time of checkout, or via net banking within 7 business days. Please note that for all cancellations, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
